-All bikinis are handmade to order by Vincija and her team.

-Please allow up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be cut and sewn before it is dispatched.

If you need your order urgently we offer a 24 HOUR PRIORITY RUSH ORDER service which fast-tracks the production for an additional fee of $40 per bikini set.

-Your order is hand crafted from scratch to the size, colour and style selected at checkout. Therefore we ask that you carefully check over all details of your order prior to checkout.

-We accept changes to your order within the first 2 hours of placing your order. After this time period we can no longer accept any changes to your order as it goes into production. Therefore we ask that you please choose carefully or email us with any questions prior to making your selections.

All orders are expressed shipped.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees in certain countries, and are the responsibility of the recipient. See the full list of shipping rates here.

-All of our swimwear is produced on a made-to-order service which requires a labour of love and time, for this reason we do not accept returns, credits or sizing exchanges so please choose carefully.

-We would love to assist you with finding the perfect style, fit and size so please do feel welcome to contact us if you need assistance in purchasing your dream bikini.

-Returns for an exchange will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty and must be returned unworn within 14 days.

Vincija reserves the right to deny returns if our faulty criteria is not met and for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and email us with accurate measurements so that we can assist with sizing prior to checkout.

All return shipping costs are at customers Expense.
